He completed his Internal Medicine Internship and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency programs at Loma Linda University Medical Center in Loma Linda, California. He has been in private practice in Houston/The Woodlands, Texas since 1993. Dr. Alianell is a Diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, American Board of PM&R Subspecialty of Pain Management, American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine (EMG). Dr. Alianell is the Medical Director of the Chronic Pain Recovery Center, a CARF Accredited Interdisciplinary Functional Restoration / Chronic Pain Management Program in The Woodlands, TX.

Christine Lucker has been a practicing Physician Assistant for over 30 years. She is currently certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants. She has worked in the specialties of psychiatry, chronic headache management, and ENT before joining Dr. Alianell's practice 8 years ago. Christine is dedicated to listening to her patients and helping them understand their diagnosis and treatment. She and her husband have lived in The Woodlands area since 1990, have raised a daughter in the community, and continues to enjoy the natural beauty this area provides.
